Horrible service from Tangu-Cilla Elijor from Pam Golding fourways I made contact with her regarding a property she had listed in the month of October . She asked I said her a WhatsApp followed by emailing her the required documents ,which I didn’t hesitate I quickly scanned and emailed all the requested documents She didn’t notify me if she had received my email or not .I WhatsApped her again she continuously read my messages without responding after a week she responds and says the property is no longer available. To cut the long story short same property she said is no longer available has been advertised again . I then sent her the link and asked her why did she lie about it ,she said the current tenant changed his mind and therefore is moving out in a space of 3days living there , I guess ! .So I asked her so is it back in the rental market she said yes ,it would have been courteous of her to call and find out if we were still interested. She goes on to say that “she deleted my documents as it was not needful “ Can I resend her the documents. Truly unprofessional and poor customer handling skills from rental agents If you don’t want someone’s business best clear it out don’t make me waste my time filling in forms ,arrange documents only for you too select whom you prefer to assist first .
