Pam Golding Southern Suburbs Cape Town a supremely unpleasant experience

The attitude of the workers at the Cape Town Southern Suburbs is disgusting. I wanted to inquire if Pam Golding still had sole mandate on a property I had wanted to buy. First the relevant estate agent refused to tell me and thought it good to be sarcastic. Then I phoned her manager who repeated the same story. They can't tell me because it is a private matter between the seller and the agent.

I then searched their website to see if I can find the property, in the assumption that if you are an estate agent wanting to sell a house for a client surely it would be on the company's website. It was not so I phoned the branch again and I asked to speak to the manager to find out where I might find said advert. I was then put through to another agent, because the manager was busy. While I was explaining what I wanted to know the suddenly not so busy manager thought it prudent to interrupt my conversation by telling me that she is afraid she is going to have to ask me to stop making asking questions because I had contacted too many people. She did this without knowing what I was asking. Arrogance!

When I helped her by informing her what I was actually asking and that I had been put through to the agent I was talking to before she arrogantly interrupted me, she did not apologise for her presumptuous arrogance.

Dealing with this branch of the company has been a very unpleasant experience, seldom have I ever experienced such a condescending and arrogant attitude. Who does the lady think she is to tell me to stop asking questions or to stop doing research so that I can find the information I am looking for. The attitude is extremely bad and I certainly will not even buy a Wendy house using anyone in this branch.
