Pam golding pta east problem

We were trying to sell ou house in pretoria moreletapark for a year pam golding finaly found us a buyer problem is the lapas isnt on the plans they said they could get it through at last the buyers got a loan in the end the bank asked for the lapas to on the plans after we had to had to hear that from the lawyer because the agent renier from pam golding did not contact us we tried to contact them but they ignored our calls as they still so The lawyers told us to move while its being sorted out months and months of stress later and they said we must break down the lapas but we must accept a lower price on the house wich doesnt make sense because we got a low price on the house because the lapas arent included in the price cause theyre are not on the plans now were sitting in port alfred under a lot of stress and renier still wont answer our call were stuck in a huge problem and we dont know what to do each time it looks like something is going to through to get the lapas on the plans but now even jeff the architect from pam golding is giving us problems he does not want to help us any more he just says we shou break it all down and accept a lower amount please we need help
