Pam Golding Properties, Lilani Engelhardt, we are tired of your abuse and prejudice.
The abuse and torment we continue to incur from this *********** and ****** company is unfathomable. I regret ever renting a place through them. There is an agent called Lilani Engelbrecht here in polokwane and she has been a nightmare to work with. She continuously sends us messages from "other tenants" that myself, my husband and my kids vandalise the complex, anything that happens in this ugly complex we are blame. Why? I have no idea. When we stayed staying here in protea, the gate was not even working, now we are accused by her and the messed up tenants of this place, of vandalizing it. How? When? Before even speaking to us as our agent, she sends messages of threatening to evict us, calling us to order, never cares about our side of the story. We are treated like foreigners in our country, by this Lilani woman, Pam golding and the occupants of this estate.
My husband was contacted by the branch principal and he went in. I could not go as I work out of town and usually am back in Polokwane late hours.
Anyways, he went in they spoke, he tells me they apologised and the principal was appalled as thus was the first she was hearing about our issues. I am told by my husband that Lilani apologised and said I misunderstood her actions but in any case, I do accept her apology whole heartedly.
I hope that moving forward we are able to still work together, peacefully and respectfully. I did like Lilani from the beginning but was confused by her sudden change and dismissive attitude towards us.
My principle is if someone apologizes and they seem to mean it forgive and move on. She sent a written apology to my husband and that meant a lot.
We are all human beings and we all deserve respect, decency and to be handled with humility.
