PAM GOLDING PROPERTIES AGENTS ARE A ****!!

What a disappointment from one of the agent from Pam Golding Property!! Few months ago I found one online since I was looking for a house, she called me so I can go see a house in Chantelle(Thorn gardens) …. I went there and I liked the place but my problem was the color of the tiles and kitchen unit. I raised my concerns, and she assured me that they can be changed just have to make sure that what I change to is the same price but now is not like that ,I went all my way to look for the color of the tiles and when I found it the developer said it doesn't matter if the tile is cheaper, he is still going to charge me extra after I was promised by the agent and told by the developer that if the price is the same the wont be any extra charges. The agent just took the commission and didn't even remind or try and fight for what the developer said!!
