Pam Golding Properties Agent Unfairness

I just bought a house through Pam Golding, the sale was smooth sailing until the payments and registration were finalised .

We had agreed that the stove and one of the broken windows in the apartment would be fixed before my move in date but it wasn't. I decided to let this slide thinking it will be fixed overtime but no update on that was given to me.

The apartment has a tenant who had an agreement with the previous owner of which I was not part of. Being the kind enough I let her stay one month after the house was registered under my name, the agent told me that I was to receive this month's rental from the previous owner but that never happened.

Now that the house is registered under my name and I have not received any rental payments or whatsoever from the tenant or the previous owner I felt it's unfair that I am the one having to deal with her moving out. She is delaying to move out on time so that I can also move in, I am renting elsewhere myself and my contract is ending on the 31st of this month. Now I am the one struggling with a place to stay, tried to discuss this with the agent but I feel like he's not taking my matter seriously.

The agent promised to call me in the morning today but didn't, I tried to call him and my phone call was ignored only to receive a "will call you" text message immediately after the call was dropped.

I am supposed to move in on Saturday but I am not getting any feedback or updates on the way forward on this matter.

Now I am caught up in an unfair situation that I was not supposed to be a part of.
