Pam Golding not paying back my deposit

I was a tenant with Pam Golding Properties for 2 years (Unit 114 Sunbird Estate, Sundowner). At the end of my lease in June 2023 I moved out as agreed. My lease agreement gives 14 working days for my deposit to be paid. They have been passing me from pillar to post with no one able to give me turn around times as to what the issue is and why my deposit is not being refunded.
