Pam Golding Nelspruit deception against Tenants.

This is the utmost *********, cheating and poor business management I have ever encountered.

The lies, deceit and the purposefull advantage taken against tenants.

We rented a property through Pam Golding Nelspruit for 8 months, deur working conditions we had to give notice.

The Agent, Sonia Smit, the property owner had agreement between ourselves.

1. Install Inviter + Back up battery 2. Air conditioner

The agent and owner agreed I'd to remove the backup battery on leaving the property, and the air conditioner are to be subsidized by paying less rent, till the air conditioner is paid for then becomes the property of the house owner.

After many telephonic conversations, and verbally acknowledged by the owner upon the exit inspection that the balance of the air conditioner to be paid to me by the house owner, else ill remove the air conditioner and take it with me.

The deception from the Agent and Pam Golding is ********.

After we had exit the property, the Agent has no knowledge about the air conditioner arrangements and denies all. The agent even refuses for us to have a professional company remove the airconditior as it is now part of the property, but it was okey to remove the backup battery setup.

Ontop of this, they are demanding I pay, R12 000 00 towards a water bill i had no knowledge of and leakage was reported. I repaired some of the leaking toilets myself. Thus we have no idea how an average water account of R800 p/m can be R12 000.00. It's obvious there was n leak somewhere.

We are suddened and shocked, more disappointed in the terrible deception from the Agent which infact really liked.

We were very good tenants. We paid perfectly month to month and did upgrades and repairs to the property without claiming it from the owner of the house.

We are proceeding with Rental tribunal and my legal team to resolve this ********* method of doing business and deception against us the tenants by claiming our entire deposit and basically *****ing our air conditioner.

The new agent at the property we are at in Pretoria, told us, Pam Golding did tell her, that my shortfall payment per month was due to the airconditior arrangement which pam Golding denies ever done . If that was the case, i would've removed our airconditior upon exit and have a professional repair the wall where it was mounted.

I do not recommend ever going through Pam Golding Nelspruit ever. We're going to fight this even if end up in court.
