PAM GOLDING MAGALIESSIG: NOT RECOMMENDED_WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

<p>My property was given to Pam Golding Magaliessig/ Sandton under a sole mandate for 4 months; after receiving an offer they've managed to convince me that the property was sold. After numerous times that Ive enquired re: financing etc. I was assured that the deal will go through and that there will be no issues with the purchaser as it was considered to be a 'clean' deal. After two months of waiting for the deal to be registered I was informed that the purchaser didn't have funds to pay the transfer duties; then it surfaced that the purchase also did not get the financing approval for the property. I was passed on from one agent to the next... Then Pam Golding came back with the same purchase ensuring that everyting will go smoothly with the deal... Then the agent only admitted (after I asked again about financing etc.) that maybe it was a risky deal. After 4 months of Pam Golding not marketing the property to their full potential under a sole mandate; waiting for this 'clean' deal to happen; Im sitting with an empty property and a "Good Luck with the sale of your house!" from them. They're not taking responsibility for any of the poor service that I've received. Agent's re-action to my complaint: "I'm so sorry you feel this way, but best of luck!". There should be some consequences to Pam Golding's bad service and advice... Now I have to pay a bond on an empty house on recommendation of their 'expertise'.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wont recommend Pam Golding Magaliessig to any future property sellers.
