Pam Golding is the worst Agency ever

I’ve had the worst experience with this agency… I took over a contract from previous tenant via Pam golding in Polokwane. Not so long into the apartment I had am electricity cut because the municipal bill was outstanding. Mind you, I pay my rent on time I’m not even in arrears. I contact the agency to inform them of the situation, not only were they unable to help me they even told me it’s not their fault that the lights are off I must take it up with the municipality. It got so bad to a point where I slept 2 days into an apartment without lights. My food was getting spoilt. I had to resolve the issue with the Municipality, then it happened again for the 2nd time. I got the same attitude from the agency in Polokwane Bendor. When I asked I want to be moved to a different unit atleast , they tell me it’s not possible because the apartments they have are not in my price range and still it’s not their fault this is happening. I asked for my deposit back I’ll get my own apartment they told me it’s still not possible I must serve 2 months notice. I am never dealing with Pam golding ever again I don’t even recommend it to anyone. I’m still in battle to get my issue resolved. How do they rent me an apartment that has outstanding rates.
