Pam Golding is not as reputable as they seem!!!!

I am more than disappointed in actual shocked at the service I recently received from Pam Golding and Pat Dampster (Supposed Real estate “professionals”) I recently purchased a property which was facilitated by Pam Golding and Pat Dampster as the estate agent. My property handover was done after 6pm in the evening, no inspection was done and the experience was lackluster. There were conditions in the Offer To Purchase which were not met by the previous owner nor the estate agent. This resulted in me having to incur additional costs such as a water bill of almost R80 000 from a water irrigation leak which the previous owner confirmed would be addressed according to the signed Offer To Purchase. This is one of many issues which I brought to the attention of the agent and has not been resolved. It has been very disheartening to find myself repairing a home from day one without support nor acknowledgement from the assigned real estate agent or seller.
