It’s a pity I cannot give a zero star rating. The estate agent that sold us the house is absolutely useless. No checklists done, moved into a house where she had recommended the electrician and gas technician for the COCs to the buyer. It all had to be redone and there are issues. Promises that the house was on plan - it’s not. Trying to get hold of the agent is like sucking blood out of a stone and when she was dealt with, we found her to be useless, clueless and condescending. Asking for assistance from head office is like digging your own eyes out with a cereal s****- these people JUST DONT COMMUNICATE.
