Pam Golding East Rand Is *******

In June 2019 my family and I moved from Daveyton to Unit 16 at Sun Tropez in Benoni with the help of Pam Golding.

We had two dogs, the agent assistant us at the time knew about them and the type of breed they are.

To our suprize when we moved in we were never issued with complex rules by Pam Golding, instead we received various complaints about the dogs we own from our white neighbors and the all white body corporate.

It was only later in July that one of the body corporate members came to the unit to give us a copy of the complex rules.

Then followed a R 500 fine for contravening dog ownership rules.

Apparently my dogs were too big. Later that week we woke up with dog poo on our bedroom window.

We approached the body corporate with pictures and they came in for inspection; they then promised to invite us to go through the complex footage to check how this happened, they also promised to cancel the R 500 fine.

Ockert from the body corporate claimed later that week that he had gone through the footage and saw nothing, and the R 500 fine was never reversed.

There are plenty dog owners in Sun Tropez, mostly white.

None of them have ever been fined for any of their dogs.

Secondly, the same elder white lady who came and furnished me with the complex rules has told us that our kids are not allowed to ride bikes or skate around the complex, but white kids do and there's no outcry.

A few days ago I was furnished with a letter of demand, from the very same Pam Golding for the R 500 stemming from the very same rules they never told me about.

I tried to reason with them, tried using strong language and even warned them I'd report them, all of which fell on deaf ears.
