Pam Golding East London No Ethics.

Pam Golding Properties East London.... What disgusting service... To get an rental agent to set an appointment to view a property 9 days and me phoning back to set the appointment. Then was expected to be there in 15 mins .. Talk about an effort for them. After seeing a flat, and asking if anyone else had done an application and hearing no, we made an application which passed the credit checks. After numerous calls to the agent again to find out the outcome, continuously told that they were waiting for the Owners to approve the app.. 5 days later still not hearing anything and after numerous calls to the agent, being told they hadn't spoken to the owners, then the office letting slip that there was indeed a lease agreement on the desk for that property - not in our name... lies lies and more lies from Pam Golding East London... the following day I was told the owners leased it privately and after emailing the owner of Pam Golding East London, get told another application was done and accepted... They cant even get their lies in order... How sad. Not what you know but who you know I suppose. At least someones friend was put ahead. If only agents could be man enough to say the truth. Don't worry about the inconvenience to others. Never will I deal with them again.
