PAM GOLDING DURBAN NORTH - SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM AGENT

Disgusting service from Pam Golding Durban North. Agent accusing me of manipulating document as I added my pets into the lease as it was not there after a very long discussion about my animals when I signed it digitally after discussing in depth that I could only take property if my pets could come. A tenant overheard us in the little garden discussing my pets as a little garden was required. The lease agreement was signed and accepted by all parties with the change I made in. I was told I could not move in 4 days before moving after they had the signed lease for a few weeks and my deposit. The agent has **** and is defaming my character and I still do not have my money back as the new owner instructed them to give me my money back instantly as at this point we were in direct contact. Head Office heard my story and I have heard nothing back. Agent is defaming me and holding onto my money.
