Pam Golding are failed property managers

Good day,<br> <br> My name is Jonathan ****inson.<br> <br> I have lived at Chester House in Rondebosch, Cape Town for about 5 years to date.<br> <br> To keep this message as brief as possible, I will only highlight the most recent experience with Pam Golding as the property manager of Chester House.<br> <br> Our complex has put up with an elevator which constantly breaks down. I was stuck inside it while this happened a few weeks ago, the emergency number inside the lift lead to me to an answering service. My water has been cut off without warning over ten times this year. The building has a ****roach problem. Our post boxes have been removed from the entrance hall and left to rot outside in the communal garden.<br> <br> I have emailed my estate agent at Chorus Letting and Barrie Evrard from Pam Golding one week ago asking what is being done about this situation. I have often emailed both parties, so I am sure they received my latest email. <br> <br> They haven't even rep**** to me.<br> <br> They have done nothing but ignore me.<br> <br> The situation has lead me to believe that Pam Golding is completely unprofessional as a company and their attempts at property management are laughable.<br> <br> My email is:<br> <br> [Email Removed]
