Pam Golding Application for Rentals is smooth

I am currently dealing with PAM Golding agents to get a new property for rental. The viewing and application process has been very smooth and they are very prompt. I appreciate the follow ups and status feedback. They are very professional and I have not been asked to send refundable funds for their various checks, this will be inclusive on the deposit fee and that is something most agents fail at.
