Pam Golding agent lacks skill and was negligent

Firstly Anne Cameron pressurised my mother who is a pensioner into buying a property because she signed a sale agreement and subsequently my mother decided that it would be an affordability issue so Anne threathened to institute legal action even after the agreement lapsed. <br> In doing this, she pressurised my mother into buying a home with a number of defects(blatant or otherwise)! These defects were not made aware to my mother by either the seller or the agent. In my experience, agents check for these things and act in the interest of both the buyer and seller. The granite is cracked and patched with glue throughout the kitchen counter and the tiles are lifting in numerous places such that the flooring needs to be replaced. How can these things be overlooked? <br> <br> Then she agrees to meet with mother so the defects can be discussed and then offers no further assistance? She tells my mother to send an email to the attorney. Why then meet with us and waste our time? What kind of agent does this? <br> <br> This is lack of care and negligence and does not give me much faith in trusting Pam Golding to facilitate any further property purchaser/sales on my/our behalf. Train your agents!
