Just moved into a house in Bloemfontein with the option to make an offer to buy. I have been living here for 2 weeks, the house is in the market for almost 2 mil, before I moved in I insisted on some defaults to be repaired to no Avail, so I held back R3200.00 of my monthly rent. (excluding the deposit I Paid in full) after numerous times calling the DP, I was blundley told by the agent NOT to make contact with the very important DP. Today I reported sewerage poring out of the drawn, I was told that I knew about the problems of the House before I moved in. How do you predict sewerage. Pam Golding is refusing to have the Drain repaired unless I pay them the outstanding R3200.00 I have no confidence that this Health risk to me and my family will be attended to upon such. The don't care attitude is appalling and shocking.
