Pam Gold Kuilsriver poor service

want to lodge a complaint about the rental house which is in very weak condition. After signing the contract, I could only view the house without the presence of the ten residents living there. The house was so crowded that we could not accurately determine its condition before they moved out. The agent walked through the house with me and my mother and said that we had ten days to report any problems. We immediately pointed out what we noticed, and she took notes and photos. She mentioned that the recovery team would come for the castes on Thursday, but then changed in Friday, and this pattern continued over the next two weeks. The only action taken was to paint the bathroom ceilings, which had contracted water damage from a burst geyser. After the painting, I discovered that there were more damage than just the ceilings: the castes in the main bedroom were stained, and the ceiling had numerous spotted spots. The kitchen cabins were only partially restored; only the drawers were corrected, and I was told that the rest would be addressed in the first week of January. Now, it is March 2025, and no repairs are completed. I refused to pay the full rent of R19 250 and only paid R15 000, but that made no difference. The agent has already sent contractors three times to assess the repairs for the owner, but nothing has been done. I am extremely frustrated; the windows ramble all night if there is even a light breeze, the doors shake, the lights hanging off the ceilings, and the electric wires are uncovered. What should I do? I even offered to pay less and handle the repairs themselves, but they seem to not receive the message.
