Paddington Issue Complex with Shereen Noble

<p>Please note that my interaction with Shereen Noble for the sale of an apartment at Paddington Ridge Complex was not good.</p> <p>She is:<br />- negligence: gave me wrong information<br />- lazy - couldn't send me information:<br />- not well-mannered and disrespectful: she called and hanged up the phone on me and blocked me on whatsapp<br />- ***********: she's doesn't have critical information that a buyer needs instead she's interested in signing the OTP.<br />- not interested in the job: She couldn't explain most things I ask.</p> <p>She didn't have information below:<br />- levies<br />- rates ans taxes<br />- date the complex was built<br />- sectional scheme number</p> <p>I asked the items above she promised to come back to me. She only responded on the 3rd day after asking her and she gave me wrong levies and security amount. Shouldn't this information be in your car in a hard copy or on your phone?</p> <p>After a month, 3 April 2017, I asked for a statement which shows the levies. She said she can't send it because she's studying and it's difficult for her to ask it from the managing agent. She will give the hard copy when we meet. She was supposed to send this last month. I need to see this some hours before meeting her to sign the OTP not to see it 5 minutes before signing. To have enough time to decide.</p> <p>Meaning last month she gave me a wrong amount for she's lazy to ask for the information.<br />How do you sell an apartment when you don't have valid information?<br />She argued with me when I asked for a sectional scheme number.<br />She asked why do I need it since all her buyers never ask for it because if I need information I need to ask her not getting reports from lightstone. She asked me if I'm implying that she doesn't know anything.</p> <p>We were supposed to meet on sunday to sign the OTP she gave me a short notice that's she can't come. <br />I kept asking myself what's wrong with her, why is she's too busy to provide information and<br />meet with me. I stay closer to the apartment on sale but she kept on telling me to meet her closer to her place.<br />I had asked her when was the apartment built and she couldn't answer my question. Really??, this information is also in youtube by Recnico</p> <p>She was always saying it's a nightmare to get the information because she's on study leave until I called the managing agent and city of Johannesburg and bought reports from Lightstone. Then I realized that getting the information is not hard and that she gave me wrong figures that got me so upset.<br />I told her that she's so wrong the way she's selling and it's too scary for me. Since this involves a lot of work so a lazy agent is not good. I asked her to ask another agent from Pam Golding to assist me. She got so mad and started calling non stop saying noone will assist me but her only.</p> <p>She called and shouted at me. She told me that she won't continue selling the apartment to me but someone else. She hanged the phone on me and blocked me on whatsapp.</p> <p>So now I won't be able to buy an apartment because I wanted to valid information first and I need to beg her?</p> <p>Why did she choose this job if she doesn't like it.</p>
