NOT INFORMED OR MISINFORMED?

Just purchased a house in Durbanville.<br> Countless misinformation given about the property. Told by Agent Isabel Swart that cracks in the garage wall above the door are as a result of the CLAY in Durbanville. Registered Builder was onsite and said that this will need to be fixed its structural. Civil Engineer coming out to report on problem. Was informed by Isabel Swart that the thatch on the lapa was new Just spent R4200.00 reconditioning and fixing the thatch. Yet thatching company tells me that a quote was given to previous owner to repair. <br> The attitude that i just got from the Pam Golding Head Office is astounding its not their problem to fix.<br>
