No reimbur*****t for my troubles

I purchased a house through Pam Golding Brakpan at Brakpan North there were no visible defaults on the day I viewed it just before registration I took a drive to the house only to find that the tenants exited the house and left it in a state, the walls were damaged and patched up very poorly and not even the same colour paint on each and every wall the laminated flooring was damaged to the extent that if you step on one panel the other lifts up etc. A key function for Pam Golding Brakpan rental agency is to ensure the property is good standing as it was before exiting and releasing the deposit obviously this step was omitted this is unacceptable. I got quite a reasonable quote @ R2600 for paint for the wall problem and decided to fix the floor problem at my own cost on condition they consider my quote and submitted to Pam Golding Candice Cooper and she submitted to Darren DuPlooy and manager and they responded they were happy with the quote. I have bought the paint and submitted proof its been almost a week since i've sent my banking details for reimbur*****t and no response or follow up from Pam Golding I feel ****** I want my money back and an apology its a few people that can drag Pam Golding's legacy through the mud take responsibility and right this wrong
