No COC certificates Faulty Geyser

I bought a home through Pam Golding in Mitchells Plain and their client whom they sold the property for decided to do their own plumbing and certification , 1 year later our Geyser bursts SAHL will not cover as the Geyser is non compliant and not SANS approved. I go back to Pam Golding as they sold this property to me Nazmie Anthony responds to say that it is not Pam Goldings responsibility and I need to contact their clients attorney who has left us in the dark for 5 working days with no running water - Yes not even able to flush a toilet or do washing or wash up the dishes. The transferring Attorney is R Sasdien and associates and Debbie Sasdien just wont even respond to us not having running water. So Pam golding sends us a COC but how can they have received a COC for plumbing when the insurer refuse to do any repair to geyser or damaged ceiling as it is now non compliant. Pam golding rather says hire Ligation lawyer instead of helping the client I mean what type of company are we dealing with they sell us a property that was never checked ? I mean is this even legal surely you use reputable companies to work with and from what I understood Gillian sodl a few properties for the same person so all to fami**** with the seller now claiming they knew nothing about it. prior to us moving in Ashwin had many people fix the geyser now they claiming to not be aware of it. Is this how Pam Golding runs business?
