No business ethics

<p>Received an alert via private property for a flat for sale in Durban, contacted Shelly Helgreen, estate agent for Pam Golding properties on ***. Queried about pictures of the 2 barthrooms not present on private properties listing. Her answer was '''They are DATED''. She was extremely rude, abbrasive, insulting and totally unprofessional. After asking what 'not dated' meant, she rep**** saying they were old... This is totally misrepresation by the estate agent as she is selling a property for 1.2 million rand, concealing pictures of the barthrooms to the prospective buyers on the listing site. She rudly said the i should come and view the barthrooms personally, not willing to furnish me with same. I reside in Gauteng and must specially come through to Durban to view the barthrooms... Totally unreasoneable!! I told her that I would lodge a formal complaint with the estate agents board regarding her unprofessional behaviour. She became very aggressive shouted at me and slammed the phone down on me. These type of agents should be brought to book and adequately trained how to address and treat clients.Never have I been so insulted and hurt by any one.I urge the people at PAM GOLDING to investigate this unessessary incident and the necessary action taken against Shelly Helgreen, as she is bringing disrepute to the good name of PAM GOLDING.</p> <p> </p>
