Nightmare to deal with Joy Chiang from Pam Golding

For the past 3 weeks, I've tried to view a property listed by Pam Golding and I have to say I've never experienced such a total lack of consideration and professionalism by an estate agent ever. Joy Chiang has been a nightmare to deal with. I have contacted her numerous times via whatsapp, cellphone, office and email only to have her waste my time.

Email - No response at all. Cellphone - Does not answer at all. Normal or whatsapp call. Whatsapp - Completely ignores my msgs and takes days to respond. Office Line - Her computer was updating / Left message, did not return my call.

How can an agent ask you for a viewing day/time and when you reply 3 minutes later, they don't respond for days while they are online constantly.

Regardless, I was still respectful and courteous in the way I spoke to her. Everybody deserves to be treated fairly and without bias especially home seekers who are responding to a public ad that your company has listed with the agents contact details.

I googled Joy's name and found a user asking if she is a real person. What mindset does it take to just ignore someone when they are speaking to you in a polite manner. This is no way to treat a stranger, let alone a prospective client. I can understand wanting to reserve certain properties for specific clients but I don't understand stonewalling someone with such blatant indifference.

Pam Golding management need to to explain to their agent the importance of treating people with respect and common courtesy and how harmful it is to waste a persons time when they are seeking a home for their family. This is more so with regards to rentals as timing is crucial when your lease is expiring.
