Doesnt matter how many times you request them not to harass you, they'll ignore it and continue.

Their support email just close the requested with no proper resolution.

I actively avoid their properties in Blouberg as I know from personal experience their agent is relentless, she'll rock up at your house if you stop taking her calls.
