NEVER USE PAM GOLDING

We have had the worst experience ever from Pam Golding (or Seldsaam as the company name is behind the scenes). They did absolutely nothing more than an introduction to a potential buyer, the offer signed was never sent to the buyer, we had to take over the full process. The excuse from the agent is that he is busy with exams. Honestly, that is not my problem.

And to top it all after them accepting a lower commission since they did nothing more than one message (and obviously sending. an invoice) they now trying to back out of the commission agreement as well. Not by talking to us - to this day the franchise holder. has not bothered to talk to us, to answer any queries, or to apologise!

We are looking at properties in the Garden Route but I am now so anti-Pam Golding that I will not even consider working with them.

Probably unfair to other franchisees but then the franchisor should sort this useless franchisee out!

Stay away.
