My property is really draining me

November 2020 i was sold a house which is very bad. The neighborhood drainage system goes straight to the house. Unfortunately u noticed this problem after signing everything. Iv addressed this with the agent who sent me to the Whiteriver local municipality. The municipality sent me to the town councilor, who sent me to the municipality again. Im really out of options.

Im paying a kit of money for a property that im not enjoying at all. This property is costing me a lot
