My house under hijack

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>I have a house in 04 Oorbitjie Crescent, Fauna, Bloemfontein which is being rented by Shell van Niekerk under the Agency Pam Golding Properties in Bleomfontein. pam Golding placed the tenant Mr. van Niekerk in August 2015, last year without paying deposit nor conducting some security checks. The renat fee is R7 500.00 per month inclusive of agency fee. I only received rental payment for that month and later R4 000.00 somewher in October. i can efectively say i have never received payment from this deal by Pam Golding since September to date. (10 months). I have spoken to The Manager (Hennie) of Bloemfontein as well as Jackie at Cape Town Head Office about this matter but I hit the rock. The tenant told me last year October he is not going out of the house in front of Mr. Marius the Agent, and he said it is not that easy to get him out of the house. </p> <p> </p> <p>Marius of Pamgolding has told me that they were moving out end of April 2016, and then later said they will get out end of May since the local church will accomodate them. During the weekend of 28th May, he said they have a key and will move out and they did not. I then made an appoitment to meet him and the tenant the past weekend of the 4th June. After agreement, he decided to tell me he is going to Joburg in the late afternoon of friday while i was ready to go to Bloemfontei, of which i went ahead anyway. on arrival at Bloemfontein, the tenat's wife told me they were told by the Attorneys to stay in the house untl the end of the contract, of which she said she has no comment in terms of paying the rent and areas.</p> <p> </p> <p>Marius (pamgolding) indicated to me that he has been going to the house to talk to the tenant, but when i told him about the vandalism of the electronic gate, he said he was told that the gate has been repaired. this tells me he has not been to the place because he would have known that the gate is still not vandalised.</p> <p> i have instructed them to evict he tenant, of which they said I must oay R5 500.00 i.o.t. get the eviction order. I told them to do that themselves since they cannot expect me to pay from the money i do not have., I am paying rent in Polokwane where i am staying currently as well as the bond where these people are not paying.</p> <p> </p> <p>there has been a lots of exchange of emails, calls and smses, but this problem does not seem to be getting anywhere near finish line.</p> <p>Can i please get assistance by publicsing this issue so that i get my house back and the arreas of my rent. surely this is theft or hijack of the property.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
