LOUSY, CARELESS SERVICE. Listed 3 of my properties with this unfortunate branch. FACTS: October 22. Agent *****ey messed up everything, didnt have a clue. First I told him that the tenant can move anytime, but he listed it as only available in 6 months time. Second, he messed up the sale agreement and put wrong numbers, Third, he put wrong price. As all patience has limits I asked to pay me R1000 to act as his secretary to correct his mistakes. They charge 7% which is 70 000 on 1 million but they cant do a work for grade 1 schoolgirl. Then I asked to speak with the principal, Sam Brennon. She was exactly the same careless person. Facts: 1. She put my details a married out of COP, although I showed her that I am married in COP. 2. She confused COP with antenuptial contract, 3. She didnt know which financial year we are now. Next clueless agent was Maria. Facts: 1. She didnt contact me for 10 days, cos she was "moving house" 2. She didnt have a clue which property I sell, although I personally gave her details. 3, She didnt know what we talk 2 days ago, cos as she said "My mind is completely off" Then when I wrote to Dr Golding, they send Mohamed Amra, who at the beginning sound very promising. However, although I spent an hour to send him all the details of the properties (for 5th time), he messed them and listed different property and didnt list the given property. Problem with all these agents is that they dont care about you and dont listen to what you say. No apology was offered and when you try to point their mistakes they accuse you.
