You are representing a landlady who is dishonest and ******ing money from ex-tenants. She was obligated to paint etc a unit that we moved into a year ago and she did not do this and is now trying to keep our deposit, claiming that we messed up the walls. The walls, carpets and tiles were damaged when we moved in and now we are being held responsible? How is that fair ? Also, your agents lie.
