I was interested in a property in witbank , made an appointment with a Maxwell Mzumala at 13:15 on the 09 th of January 2023 for a viewing, so I drive all the way from pretoria. get to witbank, at 13:45 still no call from this agent so I decided to send him a watsapp message as my appointment was now 30 munited overdue. his responce - he did not give me the address because i might be a seller. 1. I will not make an appointment with you if I wanted to sell your property 2. you are extremey unprofeesionla letting your clients wait and then be rude to them. 3. not calling your client to confirm the appointment or general information 4. I am not appealed by, nor am i interested in your rivalries with whomever you have an issue. 5. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE A HOME AGAIN FROM PAM GOLDING [I HAVE 34 PROPERTIES BOUGHT FROM PAM GOLDING- IN CASH! ]
