Kloof branch service

Calling the Kloof, KZN branch "professional" is a joke, Alwina, who runs the branch doesn't even know what her job entails and behaves like a clown and is more than happy to take your commission for minimal effort. DONT USE THEM! We are less than 12 hours from occupation and have had to organize with the keys through the seller, when we've asked Alwina multiple times to contact the seller and get us a set of keys as we start moving tomorrow, and has failed to do that too. All she has done is showed us the house, and that's about it to be honest. I am shocked at these people.
