JPD&HV Schoeman - resident sale of no.4 Begonia street, Pomona ext.1

<p>I signed an offer to purchase on provisional sole mandate on the 3rd April 2017. Today they told me the deal is of after discussion on a continues basis coming from only us, no pro-active discussion. I was suppose to move on the 01st July 2017. I paid a deposit and a months rent ahead. Pam Golding properties do not communicate unless you do not communicate. According to the offer to purchase I as the seller have a right. They are pushing us away and making false statements via email of what was discussed and agreed with the seller. The seller was suprised of what he saw. I want all my monies back that I anticpated and kept the agent up to date with all my dealers. They indicated that they feel pressed. We have been pressed for more than three months. No, no way the is embarrasing and unprofessional to say the least. The little service they rendered was co-ordinated from Pam Golding Kempton Park & Benoni Roseline and Veshad.</p>
