Is Joy Chiang a real person

Every time I am looking for a place to live (3 times in 5 years) she has consistently been nonexistent when phoning and asking for assistance. Its a running joke in my workplace that if you see property with Joy Chiang as the agent, you will never see it or get it. This is a joke, right? she is not a real person.
