Invoices

This is ridiculous everytime I get my statement there's a there a problem on it or something not put on it when the agent gets sent the papers the papers apparently doesn't get emailed to her but she gets the statements then the details that sent to me so that when our repair was done here by me the invoices sent to me from the agent is somebody else's invoice with somebody else's stuff on it and then it doesn't even get to deduct it off my off my rent on the statement which was the the the the repairs was done the first it wasn't taken off so that I must pay the balance and I'm getting sick and tired of this of the incompetency of pankow Holdings finance department that does the accounts so I've left messages and I emailed actually and I'm waiting for somebody to funny I don't want to speak to the agent I don't want to speak to the person that got the invoice I wanna speak to somebody in charge that knows what's going on
