Intentionally **** and Strang us along

We (2black guys) decided to rent a house in bankeveld and Heleen was the agent responsible. She really wasnt helpful and we had to keep chasimg after her cos we really wanted the house. When we asked her to talk to owner she kept ignoring her fone and later on went to say owner was only contactable after 7pm and she would call us after - she never did. when we finally called the following day she said owner didnt agree on price, so we bettered our offer at 4pm. She called 5min later saying owner agreed (same owner who is only available after 7pm). Then we talk contract - we supply all documents then she says only thing thas left is owners signature then we have the house. so we decide to ask her these exact words cos we suspect we going to be left stranded and we gonna need to involve lawyers, we ask \so are gauranteed that we we have the house\" she says yes. we ask \"so can we rest assured that we we have this\" she says yes. yesterday she says we must come and sign contract, we tell her we.ll come after 5pm. we call her at 5pm she tells us we dont have the house, owner is coming back and she just forgot to let us know. we know she is lying. So we are contacting our lawyers. "
