House sold by Pam Golding Properties Centurion

<p>Good day, my children bought a house from the above agency. Documents were signed, loan approved and registration done. They had to collect the keys to the house from the previous owner themselves. The agent did not take the time to walk through the house with them to check if all were in order, did not even bring a bunch of flowers - no after sales service! Electricity were cut, gate were damaged when they moved out and they overstayed there welcome with 2 days - no occupation rent charged. I think this is a very poor service for such a lot of commission earned! Is this the norm?</p>
