Horrible services with no accountability

I bought a property in Buccleuch through Pam Golding, and the person i was dealing with was Sylvia Brett. She then advised that i use Pam Golding's rentals division to find a tenant for my property. A tenant was found and they moved in on the 23rd January and allegedly, according to Sylvia Brett paid a pro-rata rent which is long due to me. Up to date i still haven't received that pro-rata rent because Pam Golding does not have proof to show that the tenant did pay. The tenant on the other hand has indicated that they cannot find the receipts for this payment. Does this mean that Pam Golding allowed the tenant to move without proof that they had paid??I have been sent from one person to another and this matter still hasn't been resolved and quite frankly, i dont expect this kind of service especially taking into consideration that i pay for these services!!!<br> <br> The tenant was due to pay rent on the 1st March 2015, that hasn't been paid to me and Pam Golding isn't attending to this matter urgently.<br> <br> Sylvia has referred this matter to Rhonwen, who in turn cannot make any decisions on my case as her line manager Lynda has to give her the go ahead.<br> <br> This is very unprofessional!!!
