Horrible service from Pam Goldings Properties

<p>I was deceived into purchasing a bank attached property by the Agent of Pam goldings Properties , Johannesburg South. On the 12 of March 2016 I signed an offer to purchase property in Naturena Johannesburg South, It was a shock to me that the Property has been on display for 8 months and seing this I asked the Agent Josiah Modise who blatendly **** to me and told me the applicants have been declined for financial reasons.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made an offer to purchase and paid all the transfer costs of attorneys by March. ^ months down I am informed that there was no municipal box, there are levies being owed and therefore no lodgement can be done. When I seek help from the Agent I am informed only bnow that the attorneys appointed are working on the Bank Mandate.</p> <p>Had I known that this property was attached, I would not have offerd to purchase it. Now I am left starnded with no lodgement by the lazy attorneys Hammond and Pole who are also ****** and I still have no home.</p>
