Hijacking my house

<p> </p> <p>I have a house in Bloemfontein, Fauna, number 04 Oorbitjie Cresent. The house in under rental by Pamgolding Bloemfontein from August 2015. The name of the agent who is responsible for the transaction is Marius Loubser. The Manager is Hennie. The name of the Tenant is Shell Van Niekerk. The payable rent is R7 500 per month including agency fee. Since September to date as I write this email I have not yet received the payment from Pamgolding. They are alleging that the tenant is not paying the rent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pamgolding has let this tenant in without following the procedure of screening the credibility and affordability. To make things worse, no deposit was paid before occupation of the house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have given Pamgolding an instruction to pay me the rent and evict the person. What they did is to appoint the Lawyer who sold the goods of the tenant of which they only got R4 500.00 according to the letter they emailed to me. That money then only covered their expenses. When I ask why they could not sell their vehicles they said, they cannot sell all their staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, they sat I must pay R5 500.00 before they obtain a court order to evict them. I have indicated that I am paying more than R8 000.00 for bond in that house and also the rental payment where I am staying now in Polokwane. I am not in a position to pay another large some of money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have taken this case to their Head Office in Cape Town with Jackie, but they told me to speak to the Lawyers myself. However, the Lawyers said they have no business with me, they can only speak to Pamgolding.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pamgolding then said, the tenant has been given the notice to leave the house as he is now occupying the house *******ly from the 1st March 2016. The tenant continued to stay and now they said he will move out end of April, then end of May because the local church will house him. According to Marius, they were gonna start moving the weekend of the 28th May 2016. On Monday, Hennie the Manager reported to me that he sent Marius to the house but could not find anybody. I then arranged an appointment with Marius to see him on Sa****ay the 4th June. on Friday afternoon at 14h15, he told me he is going to Gauteng, he will not be in. by the time I was ready to leave Polokwane to Bloemfontein. I could not postpone the trip as I wanted to see what is going on in my house. I told Marius I will wait for him in Bloemfontein when h e comes back on Sunday.</p> <p> </p> <p>On my arrival to Bloemfontein on Sa****ay afternoon I went to see the tenant. His wife told me that they were told by the Lawyers to stay in the house until the end of the contract. I also noticed that my electronic motor gate has been deliberately broken. Marius is aware of that but never reported to me. when I ask him he said the tenant reported that he has fixed it. This is surprising if he reported to me that he has been to the house everyday from Monday the 30th May until Friday the 3rd June because he should have seen this himself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, all I need is for Pamgolding to pay back my money with interest from September 2015 to June 2016 and evict the tenant with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p>
