High bill on water usage

I have been raising my concern with unsatisfactory on the high biling of water usage. I am hardly in the apartment, i dont do laundry, i consume store bought water, meaning i use water for bathing and washing dishes. On weekends im hardly in. I have to checked for leaks and i have been monitoring the meter which runs very slowly.
