Great service Thulani Zikhali of Pamgolding properties

This is a written testimony of our journey to owning a home. Owning a home was a far-fetched dream for us. We wanted to own a home but we didn’t have a clue of what we have to do. We were always searching on property sites for a desirable home. We approached so many agents however as soon we send our documents for vetting we never heard from them again. We discovered a property on Pam Golding website then we filled out an enquiry to view. Our enquiry was then answered by an automatic response. The following day an agent by the name of Thulani Zikhali called us to arrange for viewing. We then proceeded to view the property, to our surprise we had other properties to view as the properties we were interested in were under offer. We viewed the first property it was a beautiful property with lots of security however it was not the suitable location for us. Then we viewed the second and immediately felt the breeze as we entered the streets, the quietness and serenity. We immediately felt that we had found a home. We confirmed to the owner that we are putting an offer to the property without hesitation as the children were also happy with the house. Thulani advised that in order for preparation which documents are needed, and we submitted. We had challenges along the way but he never lost hope and gave us also hope that we will own a house, it took us less than a year because of challenges that we were facing about the deposits that we had to pay, as we were approved 70% by the bank, and he never gave up. Today we are now home owners of a beautiful house.

Our property is a three bedroom house, dining room, kitchen, separate bath and toilet in which we absolutely love. We have a spacious yard with many countless building opportunities. Particularly the house is secured with many security features which is a “plus” for us. As a young married couple we wanted to find a home which will make our children happy and retirement home “the veranda” . a spectacular garden feature open to many plantation.
