My wife and I met Bernie and Cora at a viewing for the house that we now live in and they were very pleasant and pleasure to work with from day one. As things with loan applications and buying a home goes, there were some challenges and being the difficult customer that I am I had quit a few demands which they dealt with promptly and with a great deal of patience. The event that prompted me to make this compliment is that when I had a query about a plumbing problem which was not in their scope of duties, they went out of their way to get a plumber to come in and look at it for us and resolve at no charge to us. <br> <br> Buying a home can be quite daunting experience but Bernie and Cora really kept my anxiety levels low and I felt safe with them as our partners in the process.
