Frustrated tenant

Moved into a rental property, payed 6 months in advance. The same month after moving in the house, the house was leaking everywhere, bubbling and damp walls. Called Carien to come see the condition of the house, she never came even once. Stayed there because I had already payed, now my child is even sick because of the walls. She's rude, ****** and ***********. She ended up blocking both my husband and I because she was just failing to do her job. Now she's sabotaging us moving from that hell hole we stay in by lying to to prospective landlords saying I owe things I've never been billed for.
