False Advertising and Bad Customer service

We saw that was up for rental and we app**** for it. No where on the site had it advised what the occupation date will be. We app**** for the house and got approved for it. They only told us then that if we do not move in by the 01 October this house would be advertised again as we could only move in at the end October due to current contract agreement.
