Excuses, excuses, excuses...

I was renting an apartment through Pam Golding for a year. During this year, I looked after the premises, and always paid my rent on time. When the time came to move out, the nightmare started. Firstly, when it came to the agents needing to show the apartment to prospective tenants, NO arrangements were made with me, they would just pitch up at the flat unannounced, and they would then complain if I was not available.<br> When I moved out, they were all full of excuses when it came to the inspection of the flat and handing over of the keys, and I eventually had to leave with none of this being carried out, and hand the keys to the security guard at the gate. <br> I then got an email stating that inspection had been completed, they were happy with the condition of the flat, and my full deposit would be returned within 7 days. A day later, I received a letter of demand from their lawyers, saying I had not paid my rent and would be blacklisted. A month later, they have still not returned my deposit to me, as apparently they have to wait for someone else to transfer it to them first. WHAT THE HELL??? I will be sending them a letter of demand soon, and will NEVER use them EVER again.
