Durban pam golding

I was renting through this agent and the agent that was helping me left the company two weeks after I moved in to 48Mazisi Kunene, 23 Ridge grove. The owner was the one receiving electricity bills and tells me how much to pay eqch month, the other month she gave me a bill of R2000.00 of which I questioned but there was no answer. When I went to the municipality they gave me a bill of R249 for that month for my electricity usage and that’s where I discovered the rates of which were in arears. I reported the issue to Pam Golding unfortunately for me they couldn’t help since they said the lease is between me and the landlord I then gave a two moth notice. After that month again the bill was R3900 of which I refused to pay , I moved out on the 8th of this month and the owner was aware of that and I even told her that I am not paying for this month(according to their practice you allowed to stay till the 7th withouth paying). This morning I called to ask for my deposit of R30000.00 and now pam golding is managing my lease after they said they are not involve and they are refusing to pay the deposit and no one knows who’s in charge of my issue. When I move in no one came to check the place but now they are telling me that they will need to check the damages and my question is that it will be base on what?
