dont use pam golding to manage your property

Dont understand why I pay them to manage my property if I have to each month stress about rent and if I am going to be paid or not. They just simply say its not in their control. I have to follow up every month. Agents get very defensive and shrug their shoulders when I ask how am I suppose to pay the bond when the person renting isnt paying
